Additionally we offer a product for automated monitoring and scheduling of programs. This product, known as FC Process-Overseer enhances reliability of application software and operations.

A bit of history …
Senior engineers within the Charles Technology Group have the distinction of developing the application to the very first Stratus customer. This client was a major producer of dairy products in New England. Since the order capture and distribution of perishable products required a highly reliable system, the Stratus system was selected for the hardware and OS platform. Following that successful Stratus launch, the then software firm, FEMCON Associates (founded by Paul Femino and Craig Conti), went on to design, develop and deliver systems to stock exchanges and brokerage firms in US, Europe and Asia. With expertise in high frequency order processing, the firm also built the on-line order processing system for a TV based shopping network which has grown to one of the largest multi-media retailers in the world.
