Using FC Process-Overseer to Monitor and Restart Applications: FC Process-Oversee is simple and easy-to-use. There are no complex sets of commands to enter, and no complicated macros to write, modify, and test. You can manage any number of VOS servers from a single PC workstation, or VOS terminal. Alerts are sent automatically to the the SysAdmin (and/or other select users). All information pertaining to the failure is written to a log file for further investigation.
Scheduling Multiple Tasks: Use FC Process Overseer to schedule your mission- critical applications to run 24 x 7, or to start and stop at particular times of the day, week, or year. Automatically schedule batch jobs to run when the production application terminates or at a special time, perhaps in the middle of the night. When your business requirements change, a few keystrokes can be used to revise the settings automatically.
